How it works

Four simple steps, from hello to launch.

  1. Tell us what you need

Fill out the two-minute project form, or book a call if you’d rather talk first.

  2. Talk it through

A 30-minute call about your goals, timing, and budget. No pressure.

  3. Get a clear proposal

A written scope, schedule, and price. Sign and pay the deposit to lock in your dates.

  4. We create, you review

We design, build, film, and shoot. You review the work, ask for changes, and get your final files.

What’s included in a website project?

Your proposal lists exactly what’s in scope — the pages, features, content, and who provides what. If something isn’t listed, we’ll talk about it before any extra work begins.

How long does a project take?

It depends on size and how quickly content comes together. Every proposal includes a schedule with milestones, and we’ll tell you early if anything puts a date at risk.

How do revisions work?

Review rounds are built into every project, and your agreement states how many are included. Requests outside the agreed scope are written up as a change order you approve before any extra work or billing.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership and usage rights are spelled out in your agreement before work starts, so there are no surprises. Ask us anything about it on your discovery call.

Can you help after launch?

Yes. Many clients keep us on for site updates, fresh photos and video, and new graphics. We’ll scope ongoing support around what you actually need.

Do I need a big budget?

No. Share the range you’re working with and we’ll recommend what makes the most sense — including what to do first and what can wait.

Where do you work?

We’re based in Winston-Salem and work throughout the Triad — Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville — as well as with clients beyond the region.
