Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove the information 121 Media Group LLC keeps when you connect a social media account to 121 Pilot, our client-work platform, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we keep when an account is connected

  • The account’s public identifiers: name, username, profile link and platform ID (for example a Facebook Page ID or Instagram username).
  • The access permission the platform gives us after you sign in (an access token). It is stored encrypted and is never shown to anyone.
  • Posts we prepare, schedule or publish for you, and their publishing results.
  • If you allow it, comments, messages and performance statistics for the connected account, used only to manage that account for you.

We never ask for or store your social media password. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Remove our access yourself

You can stop our access at any time from the platform itself:

  • Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find “121 Pilot” and remove it.
  • Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube (Google), X, TikTok and Pinterest: open the account’s settings, find the list of connected or authorized apps, and remove “121 Pilot”.

Once access is removed, 121 Pilot can no longer read from or post to the account.

Ask us to delete your data

Email 121mediagroupllc@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which account or accounts it is about (the platform and the page or profile name). We may ask you to confirm that you manage the account before we act.

We will delete the stored access permission and the information listed above for that account within 30 days and reply by email to confirm. Some records may be kept if we are legally required to keep them, such as invoices for work we did for you.

For more about how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
